Karachi February 16 2023: Lucky Cement Limited, the largest cement manufacturer of Pakistan, increased cement bag prices by PKR 50, according to the letter issued by the company.
Company increased these prices as the Government of Pakistan has revised its Tax Structure related to Cement Industry.
“The pursuant increase in General Sales Tax (GST), Federal Excise Duty (FED) and other input costs have prompted the management at Lucky Cement Limited to increase cement prices for all customers by PKR 1000/MT (PKR 50/Bag) effective immediately” says the notification.
