Islamabad May 15 2023: Government of Pakistan announced decrease of PKR 30 per liter in price of Diesel and PKR 12 per liter in price of petrol.
Government reduce the prices of petroleum products in order to pass on the impact of decreasing prices trend of petroleum products in international market and provide maximum relief to the masses, according to the notification.
The new price Petrol will be PKR 270 per liter and HSD will be PKR 258 per liter. While prices of both Kerosene and Light Diesel oil is cut by PKR 12 per liter to PKR 164.07 per liter and PKR 152.68 per liter, respectively.
The new prices will be effective from 16th May, 2023, as per notification issued by finance division.
