Islamabad May 15 2024: The government on Wednesday decided to decrease the prices of petroleum products for next fortnight based on variation in the international markets, finance ministry said in a statement issue here.
“The government has decided to Slash the current prices of Petrol and High Speed Diesel (HSD) by PKR 15.39 liter and PKR 7.88 per liter during the fortnight starting from 16th May, 2024, as recommended by Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority(OGRA),” it said.
Accordingly, petrol would be available at new rate i.e. PKR 273.10 per liter whereas HSD would be sold at PKR 274.08 per liter.
