Islamabad April 1 2024: Pakistan cut LPG prices by PKR 76.09 per cylinder due to drop in Saudi Aramco prices and USD exchange rate.
The Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has notified the maximum Price of LPG, effective April 01 2024, as PKR 2,954.03 per 11.8 kg cylinder.
The LPG producer price is linked with Saudi Aramco-CP and USD dollar exchange rate. As compared to previous month Saudi Aramco-CP has decreased by 2.8%. The average Dollar exchange rate has also gone down by 0.25% resulting to decrease in LPG consumer price by PKR 76.09/11.8 kg cylinder (2.5%). The per Kg decrease in LPG consumer price is PKR 6.44.
