Karachi November 28 2024: State Bank of Pakistan has received US$500 million from Asian Development Bank (ADB) as proceeds of a loan to the Government of Pakistan for Climate Change and Disaster Resilience Enhancement Program (CDREP).
These proceeds will be reflected in SBP’s foreign exchange reserves for the week ending on 29th November 2024 to be published on 05th December 2024.
Pakistan’s total liquid foreign exchange reserves were recorded at $16.1 billion on November 22, 2024, with the State Bank of Pakistan’s reserves at $11.4 billion.
