Islamabad October 12 2021: The Oil & Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) on Tuesday set provisional weighted average price of RLNG at USD 15.7828 per million British thermal unit (MMBTU) for the month of October 2021. These RLNG flows will cost USD 566 million just for the month of October.
RLNG prices are increased substantially by 123 percent on year on year basis for the consumers when compared to rate of USD 7.414 per mmbtu in October 2020.
RLNG prices are 2.8 percent higher than last month of USD 15.3534 per MMBTU.
Pakistan will import 12 cargoes for the month of October 2021, six each by Pakistan Stat Oil company (PSO) and Pakistan LNG Limited (PLL). PSO will import RLNG at Brent slope of 13.37 percent while PLL price for two cargoes is set at a discount of 11.62 percent and 11.95 percent to last 3 months average of Brent. Remaining four cargoes will cost from range of USD 17.14 per mmbtu to USD 20.28 per mmbtu.
