Karachi January 27 2025: National Refinery Limited loss reduced to PKR 4.5 billion in 2Q fiscal year 2025 compared to loss of PKR 7.9 billion reported in the same period last year, according to company filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
Gross loss of the refinery reduced to PKR 1.4 billion during the quarter compared to gross loss of PKR 9.5 billion reported in the 2Q last year.
Financial charges for the refinery increased to PKR 2.6 billion from PKR 1.9 billion last year.
For the first half 2025, refinery overall loss increased to PKR 11.7 billion (LPS PKR 146.7) from PKR 4.6 billion during the last year.
