Lahore March 13 2023: Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited (MLCF) inform that on 09 March 2023, company has acquired / purchased, 9,500,000 voting shares of M/s. Pioneer Cement Limited (the “target company”), according to company filing to the Pakistan Stock Exchange.
By virtue of the above acquisition, now Maple Leaf Cement Factory Limited (MLCF) + Maple Leaf Capital Limited (MLCL) + Chief Executive Officer of MLCL persons acting in concert hold 34,261,001 voting shares of the target company i.e. 15.08% aggregate shareholding (taken together with voting shares already held) in the share capital of the target company.
Group previous shareholding was 24,761,001 shares in the Pioneer Cement Limted.
