Islamabad May 21 2022: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) directed Home Secretary, IG Islamabad and Deputy Commissioner Islamabad to appear before the court tonight at 11:30 am on the petition of Iman Mazari against the arrest of Shereen Mazari and present Shereen Mazari.
Notices have also been issued to Attorney General of Pakistan and Advocate General of Islamabad.
The court said Mazari was illegally deprived of his liberty and that authorities should explain under what legal authority his fundamental rights were violated.
