Karachi November 15, 2022: JS Bank Limited, hereby submits the Acquirer’s Public Announcement of Intention to acquire more than 51% of shares and control of Banklslami Pakistan Limited, according to the Manager to the Offer Next Capital.
The Acquirer currently holds 7.79% shares of BankIslami Pakistan Limited.
The weighted average share price of BankIslami Pakistan is PKR 11.23 per share at Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) during the 28 days preceding the date of the public announcement of intention.
