Islamabad October 3 2022: A five-member larger bench of the Islamabad High Court has dismissed the notice of contempt of court against Imran Khan.
This bench is headed by Chief Justice Athar Minullah. He said that it is a unanimous decision of the bench.
Justice Athar Manullah said that it was contempt of court in the view of the defendant, however, they are ending the contempt of court proceedings against Imran Khan due to Imran Khan’s behavior.
