Islamabad February 25 2023: The case under the Foreign Exchange Act against Chairman Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan was heard by Banking Court Judge Rukhshanda Shaheen. During the hearing, Imran Khan's assistant lawyer Naeem Panjutha appeared in the court and presented a copy of the Islamabad High Court's February 22 order in the court. He pleaded, "Islamabad High Court has ordered Imran Khan to appear before the court on 28th." In the light of the High Court decision, the Banking Court ordered Imran Khan to appear on February 28 and adjourned the hearing.
