Islamabad August 27 2022: Additional Deputy Commissioner Nowshera Quratul Ain Wazir while talking to International News Agency said that water has started entering the villages in some places of Nowshera district.
He said that the two dams built on the Kabul River to block the water have broken and the flood water has entered the village population.
He said that the district administration and Pakistani army troops are engaged in relief operations at the spot and the population is being shifted to a safe place.
