New York February 2 2022: IMF Executive Board is going to hold its meeting to consider Pakistan’s Sixth Review Under the Extended Arrangement Under the Extended Fund Facility for the release of USD 1 billion tranche, and Requests for Waivers of Nonobservance of Performance Criteria and Rephasing of Access today on 2nd February 2022.
Pakistan is currently under 2021 Article IV Consultation of IMF program.
IMF board will also discuss Republic of Nauru and Dominica under 2021 Article IV consultation.
