Karachi August 25 2022: Hub Power Company Limited share price hit lower circuit as it falls 7.49% or PKR 5.36 after the result announcement.
The company announces no cash payout for its investors despite payment of more than PKR 9 billion to its subsidiary Narrowal Energy Limited at the end of June 2022.
The Hub Power Company Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on August 1, 1991 as a public limited company. The principal activities of the Company are to develop, own, operate and maintain power stations. The Company owns an oil-fired power station of 1,200 MW (net) in Balochistan (Hub plant).
