Karachi October 3 2022: Hub Power Company (HUBC) announced an unexpected has approved an Interim Cash Dividend for the year ending June 30, 2023 at Rs. 15.50 per share, that is, 155%, according to company filing to the exchange.
The above entitlement will be paid to the shareholders whose names will appear in the Register of Members on October 12, 2022.
About the Company
The Hub Power Company Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on August 1, 1991 as a public limited company. The principal activities of the Company are to develop, own, operate and maintain power stations. The Company owns an oil-fired power station of 1,200 MW (net) in Balochistan (Hub plant).
