Karachi January 18 2022: The Hub Power Company Limited (HUBC) in their meeting held on Tuesday 18th January 2022 has approved an interim Cash Dividend of for the year June 30.2022 at PKR 6.5 per share or 65 percent.
Company has declare this cash dividend as Hub Power main plant has received PKR 58 billion in two installments as a circular debt settlement payment made by the government. While Hub Power (Narowal) has also received its payment as part of PKR 60 billion cash payment made to 2002 policy IPPs by government of Pakistan at the end of first week of this month.
IPPs received this amount as 1/3rd in cash, 1/3rd in Sukuk and 1/3rd in PIB bonds.
