Islamabad June 5 2022: Road to Mecca 2022, Hajj operation is practically starting tonight.
A statement issued by the Civil Aviation Authority said that the first flight from Islamabad under the Road to Mecca initiative will take off on June 6 at 3:30 AM.
It has been reported that the second flight from Islamabad will take off at 08:30 pm.
The first Hajj flight (Air Blue) from Multan will depart for Madinah tomorrow, June 6, at 4:30 PM. ‘
Similarly, the first Hajj flight from Lahore (Air Blue) will depart for Madinah with the pilgrims at 01:55 tomorrow night.
According to Civil Aviation, the Ministry of Religious Affairs will inform later about the need to operate Hajj flights from Faisalabad Airport. All special and government Hajj flights from Peshawar have been rerouted from Islamabad Airport.
