Karachi September 19 2024: The price of 24 karat gold rose by PKR 800 per tola, reaching an all-time high of PKR 268,500 on Thursday, up from PKR 267,700 on the previous trading day in Pakistan.
The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also increased by PKR 685 to PKR 230,195 from PKR 229,510 whereas the price of 10 gram 22 karat gold went up to PKR 211,012 from PKR 210,384, the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association reported.
The price of per tola and ten gram silver remained unchanged at PKR 2,950 and PKR 2,529.14, respectively.
The price of gold in the international market increased by USD 8 to USD 2,577 from USD 2,569, the Association reported.
