Karachi August 24 2024: The per tola price of 24 karat gold increased by PKR 1,700 and was sold at PKR 263,700 on Saturday compared to its sale at PKR 262,000 on last trading day.
The price of 10 grams of 24 karat gold also increased by PKR 1,457 to PKR 226,080 from PKR 224,623 whereas the price of 10 gram 22 karat gold went up to PKR 207,240 from PKR 205,904, the All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association.
The price of per tola and ten gram silver remained unchanged at PKR 2,950 and PKR 2,529.14, respectively.
The price of gold in the international market increased by USD 20 to USD 2,512 from USD 2,492, the Association reported.
