Karachi December 14 2022: According to All Sindh Sarafa Jewelers Association, the price of gold per tola increased by PKR 2,650 per tola for 24 Karat on Wednesday (PST 21:15) to a new record high.
After this increase, the price of gold per tola in the country has reached an all time high of 1 lakh 72 thousand 450 a high of todays trading.
During the week the price of Gold increased by PKR 4,650 per tola and PKR 10,950 per tola in December 2022.
The price of 24 karat 10 grams of gold trading at PKR 1 lakh 47 thousand 850, whereas that of 10 gram 22 karat went up to PKR 135,528, All Sindh Sarafa Jewellers Association reported.
The per tola silver is trading at PKR 2,000 which is almost the same level as of Saturday closing of PKR 2,000.
In the global market, the price of gold decreased by 0.32 percent or 5.9 dollar per ounce to 1,819.6 dollars per ounce on Wednesday (PST 23:00), according to Bloomberg data.
