Karachi December 20 2022: Arif Habib Limited informs that the Offer regarding public subscription of Globe Residency REIT has been oversubscribed by 2.8 times in bearish market.
General Public subscribed 24,794,500 units amounting to PKR 247,945,000 (2.8x) against offering of 14,000,000 units.
Pakistan Stock Exchange fall nearly 7 percent in a period of one month with KSE-100 index at 39,832 on Tuesday closing on political and economic instability.
Subject to scrutiny, application for upto 2,000 units will be allotted all units that they have applied for and application for above 2,000 units will be allotted units on pro rata basis.
General Public subscription of Globe Residency REIT was held on December 14th and 15th, 2022 both days inclusive. The final subscription figures received from Bankers to the Issue, PSX’s and CDC e-IPO as compiled by the Registrar, M/S CDC Share Registrar Services Limited are provided below.
