Karachi November 21 2022: Ghani Global Holdings Limited Board of Directors in their meeting held today on Monday, November 21, 2022 decided to issue 10 percent bonus, according to company filing to the exchange.
Ghani Global Holdings directors decided to issue of Bonus Shares at the rate of 10 percent (as Interim). For entitlement of Bonus Shares, the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Thursday, December 01 , 2022, to Wednesday, December 07,2022 (both days inclusive).
