Islamabad December 01 2021: On the recommendation of the Ministry of Aviation, the Cabinet approved the renewal of aviation licences of M/S SERENE AIR, M/S AIRBLUE, M/S PIACL and M/S PRINCELY JETS under the National Aviation Policy 2019.
The Cabinet, on the recommendation of the Ministry of Aviation, approved the delimitation of high-rise buildings around airports under the Civil Aviation Authority Rules. The height limit of buildings in Islamabad Blue Area has been fixed at 1000 feet. The decision will also help prevent the rampant spread of urban boundaries, save vegetables and preserve agricultural land.

aviation safety, security, efficiency, climate change and facilitation.

NAP 2019 will help to provide a level playing field for all national operators to grow and compete successfully in both domestic and International markets ensuring commercial reciprocity based upon organic growth.
This policy will help to incentivize the Aviation Sector for socio-economic growth.
NAP 2019 will create conditions conducive to affordable general aviation activities, i.e., sports flying and inter-city air travel by private aircraft/air-taxi service/Charter & Aerial Work operations, etc.
