Islamabad January 12 2022: In order to provide investment opportunities to Overseas Pakistanis in the Real Estate Sector, the Cabinet approved Residential Project at Park Road, Zone-4, Islamabad. Overseas Pakistanis can invest in this Project using Roshan Digital Account.
The Project will be established on an area of 400 Kanals and will comprised of 6000 Housing Units.
An estimated investment of US$ 2 Billion is expected.

SBP extends Deadline For Exchange of Old Banknotes To 31st December 2021
The Cabinet approved CDA Budget estimated 2021-22 and revised estimates for FY 2020-21. Chairman CDA apprised that during FY 2017-18 CDA auctioned and area of 53,817 Sq.Yd and generated Rs. 12.9 Billion while as in 2021 CDA auctioned a smaller area measuring 46,783 Sq.Yd but earned Rs. 31.1 Billion. It was possible due to effective policies of the present Government.
