Karachi June 14 2022: e Federal Board of Revenue (“FBR”), in terms of its letter dated 13th June, 2022 has been pleased to grant Company the license for a period of three (3) years to carry out Safe Transport Environment Project (“STE Project”), based on the combined evaluation/recommendations submitted by the Chairman, Licensing Committee/Director General of Transit Trade.
Under the terms and conditions of the license, the scope of the license has been enhanced and all the routes have been made operational as opposed to only Afghan Transit. This would positively impact the topline of the Company in terms of its revenue from STE Project.
TPL Vehicle Tracking (Private) Limited was incorporated in Pakistan on December 27, 2016 as a private limited company under the repealed Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017).The principal activities of the company includes installation and sale of tracking devices, vehicle tracking, fleet management.
