COVID-19 Active cases declined to 53,099

Country reported 2,028 news cases on Jun 02, 2021 compared to average of 2,972 during last 30 days with that active cases declined to 53,099 which is the lowest level since March 30, 2021.
Pakistan’s coronavirus positivity rate was witnessed at 3.9% compared to 30 days’ average of 6.6%.
Sindh and AJK were the most affected, as positivity rate witnessed at 6.9% and 9.1%, respectively.
In Punjab and Islambad, positivity rate witnessed at 2.0% and 1.9%, respectively.
Total 92 new deaths reported, highest reported in Punjab 48, followed by 22 in Sindh and 18 in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
