Karachi September 7 2021: As per data released by State Bank of Pakistan, the central Government debt increased by PKR 4,313 billion to PKR 39,870 billion as of July 2021.
Domestic debt increased by PKR 3,433 billion to PKR 26,826 billion in a year. The domestic debt is 67.3 percent of total debt is around 56.2 percent to country’s gross domestic product (GDP).
