Ahmedabad June 15 2023: India’s Meteorological Department said that Cyclone Biparjoy’s impact on Saurashtra and Kutch coasts started at 6:30 pm and will continue till midnight.
It says that the cyclone is about 30 km away from Jakho port in Gujarat.
Officials of the Pakistan Meteorological Department said that although the speed of Cyclone BIPERJOY has slowed down, its intensity remains and it is likely to reach the coastal areas of Sindh by midnight.
Indian officials said in a message on social media that heavy rain and wind will continue in the coastal areas during this time.
