Karachi March 31 2022: As a result of merger / amalgamation of Babri Cotton Mills Limited with and into Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited and on fulfillment of relevant requirements, Babri Cotton Mills Limited shall stand delisted from the Exchange with effect from Monday, April 04, 2022.
Trading in the shares of Babri Cotton Mills Limited has already been suspended and the shares of the surviving entity (i.e. Janana De Malucho Textile Mills Limited) have been issued to the shareholders of Babri Cotton Mills Limited as per the Swap Ratio.
