Karachi February 11 2022: As per the latest data shared by Pakistan Automotive Manufacturers Association (PAMA), auto sales increased by 18 percent year on year to 20,621 units during the first seven months of financial year 2022.
As compared to month of december, auto sales declined by 25 percent. This monthly decline in volumetric sales is owed to the fact that consumers already priced in the upcoming price hikes amid rising taxes, therefore, made purchases in advance before the price actually increases.
