Islamabad November 29, 2021: The signing ceremony was held here in Islamabad, which federal minister for Railways Azam Swati, chairman Akhuwat Dr Amjad Saqib, Minister parliamentarybAffairs Ali Muhammad Khan deputy chairman Senate Mirza Muhammad Afridi in attendance.
While addressing the ceremony ministry Azam Swati said that agreement will enable Railways low income employees to avail interest free loans from Akhuwat Microfinance for construction of houses. Azam Swati said that railways system being upgraded and modern systems for signaling and communications are being implemented. He said that full facilities will be provided to railways staff and all hardworking Emilie’s would be rewarded.

Upgrading the railway system under modern system, Federal Minister for Railways ” According to the Prime Minister’s vision, the lower income group will be given a roof on priority basis”, said minister Swati. He said 100 trains being operated daily old tracks with dedication of hardworking Railway employees. Ghost employees will be eliminated with the improved HR management. Under the program, loans have been initially approved for 7 railway workers.
Chairman Akhuwat Microfinance Dr. Amjad Saqib addressing the ceremony said that, Akhuwat, along with the present government, will also provide loans to the police personnel, along with the employees of the railway department. Every railway employee will be given interest free loan to build a house. So far, 17,000 homes have been built under the Prime Minister’s low-cost housing program.
Dr Amjad Saqib said, the recovery of the money received for these houses is 100%. At the government level, first interest free loans are being given to railway employees. Akhuwat has established a university for free higher education, Railway employees can enroll their children in this university. Dr Amjad assured its full support for the betterment of low-income people
