Lahore January 14 2025: Pakistan passenger car sales grew by 59.9 percent during the month of December with sales of 7,864 units compared to 4,916 units sold last year.
During the first half sales of passenger cars increased by 51.3 percent to 46,398 units compared to 30,662 units sold last year.
Suzuki Alto remains the top selling brand during December with sales of 4,115 units compared to 2,099 units sold last year.
Dewan sold 41 units of Honri-Ve, first electric vehicle of Pakistan, during the month of December 2024.
Toyota, Suzuki and Honda post growth of 142 percent, 61 percent and 23 percent respectively with unit sales of 1,655, 6,016 and 1,110 in December 2024.
Tractor sales jump 170 percent during December to 7,030 units compared to 2,650 units sold last year.
