Islamabad June 30 2024: The government of Pakistan here on Sunday announced increase in prices of petroleum products due to increase in international prices, finance ministry said in a press release.
The per liter petrol would be available now at PKR 265.61 after an increase of PKR 7.45 per liter with effective from July 1st, 2024 against its sale at PKR 258.16 during last fortnight
The prices of high speed diesel have also been increased by PKR 9.56 per liter to PKR 277.45 from PKR 267.89.
According to the statement, the prices of petroleum products have seen an increasing trend in the international market during the last fortnight. There will be no change in the applicable taxes and duties, which will remain at the existing level.
