Islamabad January 29 2024: Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim (FFBL) planned to launch Boron Fortified DAP this year, according to information provided by the company.
Boron Fortified Phosphatic Fertilizers are being used globally to overcome Boron deficiency.
In Pakistan, about 60% of the soils are deficient in Boron and this deficiency results in yield loss, especially in wheat. Presence of Boron with DAP has synergistic effect, which increases yield and contribute to more sustainable agricultural practices by mitigating environmental impacts related to nutrient runoff.
Fauji Fertilizer Bin Qasim Limited is a public limited company incorporated in Pakistan under the Companies Ordinance,1984 (now replaced by the Companies Act, 2017). The principal objective of the Company is manufacturing, purchasing and marketing of fertilizers.
