Karachi January 9 2024: The Board of Directors (BOD) of Chakwal Spinning company has approved the MOU for merger/acquisition of CWSM with Pakistan’s one of the largest technology company having global presence in USA, UAE, Philippines and China.
The final amalgamation agreement is expected to bc concluded soon among the parties and BOD has also approved the appointment of the consultant in this regards.
