Peshawar December 26 2023; The Peshawar High Court has suspended the Election Commission’s decision to withdraw the bat symbol from PTI.
Justice Kamran Hayat of Peshawar High Court, while hearing the petition of PTI, suspended the decision of Election Commission related to intra-party elections.
The court has taken this decision on the basis that since the election schedule was issued and the Election Commission issued this decision after that, the decision has been suspended.
