Islamabad July 3 2023: Pakistan equity index KSE-100 rally likely to continue tomorrow as well when it opens on Tuesday as suggested by movement in Global MSCI Pakistan ETF.
The Global MSCI X Pakistan ETF gains 10.44 percent or 1.36 points to 14.34 on Monday with average volume of seven time more than the normal. This movement in preopen of Global MSCI X Pakistan ETF suggest rally of around 4,500 points in KSE-100 index.
The Pakistan stock exchange key index KSE-100 had its best day today with return of 5.90 percent or 2,446 points to end trading at 43,899 and witnessed its second halt in positive territory. The Global MSCI X Pakistan ETF gains 5.53 percent or 0.68 points to 12.98 on Friday after Pakistan secure $3 Billion bailout from IMF.
On Friday, the IMF staff and the Pakistani authorities have reached a staff-level agreement for the disbursement of amount of USD 3 billion on policies to be supported by a Stand-By Arrangement (SBA).
