Lahore May 19 2023: Tehreek-e-Insaf leaders have announced their return to the National Assembly after the Lahore High Court annulled the notification accepting the resignations of 72 MNAs of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf.
Tehreek-e-Insaaf leader Ali Zafar said after the verdict that “This verdict means that PTI can return to the assembly as a strong opposition.”
He wrote on Twitter that ‘I think this historic decision can lead to the solution of the current political crisis’.
On the other hand, Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Farrukh Habib wrote in his response on social media that ‘Raja Riaz will be relieved as the opposition leader after this decision.’
