Karachi August 4 2022: Meezan Bank and Javedan Corp. signed a pact to partner for construction of three buildings with more than 400 residential apartments, reported by Bloomberg.
Meezan Bank and Javedan, the real estate arm of Arif Habib Corp, will each make 50% of the investment in the project at Naya Nazimabad that will be part of the Globe Residency REIT.
The project will cost 1.5 billion rupees ($6.6 million) and will be listed on the stock exchange after completion in about 18 months, Arif Habib Corp. CEO Arif Habib says in an interview on the sideline.
