Karachi June 15 2022: Pakistan rupee drop against the dollar by rupee 1.3 to close the day at 206.45 in the interbank on IMF program uncertainty amid SBP reserves drop ~500 million in a week due to significant decline in remittances.
The Rupee lost nearly 0.6% or 0.8 rupee to close the trading at 206.45 in the interbank.
Rupee drop for the fifth consecutive day losing almost rupee 6.2 against dollar since 8th June 2022.
In the open market dollar is trading at a level of 208.0 at PST 14:00.
On last trading day, Rupee closes at Rs 205.16 in the interbank market
