Karachi January 28 2022: Unity Foods Limited has received subscription in the amount of PKR 3,670 million in respect of the Right Issue of the Company in the aggregate amount of PKR 5,400 million constituting 200 million shares at PKR 27/- per share inclusive of a premium of PKR 17/- per share by the bankers to the Rights issue.
The Board of Directors of Unity Foods Limited has decided to offer and subsequently allot 64,065,723 unsubscribed shares to Wilmar Pakistan Holdings Pte Limited and Wilmar Pakistan Holdings Pte Limited has agreed to subscribe to the same.
