Karachi August 6 2021: Unity Foods Limited drop more than 5 percent on Pakistan Stock Exchange after the company announcement regarding appointment of new directors.
In today’s meeting the BoD has approved the appointment of Mr. Saad Amanullah Khan as Independent Non-Executive Director of the Company in place of Ms. Maria Abdul Hafeez. The Board also constituted a new Committee i.e. Board Investment Committee with the following Composition.
Chairman — Mr. Sulaiman Sadruddin Mehdi - Independent Director Member — Ms. Tayyaba Rasheed -- Independent Director
Member — Abdul Majeed Ghaziani - Non Executive Director
The Board also reconstituted the Committees and appointed following members.
