Karachi August 27 2023: The trading in the Unpaid Rights of the The Searle Company Limited will start from Thursday, August 31st 2023 accompanying with the settlement date on Monday, September 04th 2023.
Earlier the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has approved the schedule for the issue of Right Shares of the Company vide our Notice No. PSX/N – 867 dated August 23rd 2023.
The Unpaid Rights of the Company have already been declared as eligible security by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (“CDC”) and all the transactions shall be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (“NCCPL”), which has already assigned the Company Code/Security Symbol as “SEARLR2”.
