TPL REIT Subsidiary Accorded Construction Permit from Sindh Building Control Authority

Karachi March 6 2023: HKC Private Limited (the Company), an SPV and subsidiary of TPL REIT Management Company Limited, has been accorded Construction Permit dated 3rd March, 2023, from the Sindh Building Control Authority, according to TPL Properties filing to the exchange.

This is following the approval of Architectural Concept Plan and Structural NOC which was granted earlier.

HKC Limited is engaged in acquisition and development of real estate, renovation of building and letting out and owns a prime city centre plot on Hoshang road.

TPL properties in now effectively a holding company, having subsidiaries in REIT management, Development, Property Management, and Investment in TPL REIT Fund
