Karachi December 6 2021: Telecard called Extraordinary General Meeting on 24th December 2021 to change the name of the company as per information shared by the company.
As per notification special purpose of the meeting is to pass special resolution for change in the name of the company from Telecard Limited to Telecore Technologies Limited.
The meeting will also consider any other business matter with the permission of chairman.
