Islamabad January 17 2023: Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf has accepted the resignations of 34 members of Tehreek-e-Insaf and Awami Muslim League Sheikh Rasheed Ahmed from the National Assembly, after which the Election Commission of Pakistan has de-notified these members.

Among the de-notified members are Pervez Khattak, Shehryar Afridi, Ali Amin Gandapur, Sheikh Rasheed, Fawad Chaudhry, Hammad Azhar, Shah Mahmood Qureshi, Qasim Suri, Ali Zaidi, Murad Saeed, Zartaj Gul, Ghulam Sarwar Khan and Noorul Haque Qadri. etc. are included.
