Islamabad April 3 2023: Siemens (Pakistan) Engineering inform that after obtaining requisite regulatory approvals, the sale of Company's ERP value added reselling solution and service business has been completed on April 1, 2023.
The determination of gain / loss on the transaction is subject to computation based on net capital employed and certain other contractual subsequent events in accordance with the terms of Asset Sale & Purchase Agreement executed with M/s TMC Private Limited (formerly TallyMarks Consulting (Private) Limited) (the buyer).
