Karachi February 11 2022: In pursuant to SECP’s Order, the license of our Saudi Pak Leasing Company (SPLC) which was earlier suspended now stands cancelled, under Section 282(J)(2) of the ordinance , 1984 due to non-compliance of the mandatory requirements including MER.

However, in view of our pending request for restoration of license, SECP has been pleased to grant extension recently up to June 30, 2022 to comply with the MER requirement under Section 282(J)(3) .
