Riyad January 25 2023: The Saudi Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has enabled foreign law firms to file applications for law practice licenses through the Najiz.sa portal. The step aims to contribute to the development of law practice, increase the efficiency of legal practitioners, and improve the business environment in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

“The service is available in simple steps by logging into the Najiz.sa portal, going to the service “Apply for law practice license (for foreign law firms),” fill in the relevant forms, and attach the required documents,” the ministry said.

Saudi Justice Minister Walid al-Samaani had earlier approved the implementing regulations for licensing foreign law firms, providing for licensing regulations, requirements, and procedures.
